Vagina Fish?

I found this photo on the inter-webs yesterday and after looking at it several times, I'm still at a loss for what that thing protruding from the top is. Common sense says it's her pubic bone but I have never seen anything like it. Looks like the fin to some kind of mangled Vagina Fish.
